1. Payment terms

1.1 Product availability and prices

Product availability is always indicated on the product detail page. The price of the products and the cost of shipping services include VAT.

1.2 Payment Methods

Credit card

We accept the most common credit cards, including prepaid and rechargeable ones, issued exclusively in Italy. When paying by credit card, no supplement will be charged.


PayPal is an online payment system that involves opening an account with PayPal. By completing a purchase with this type of payment, a page on the PayPal site will be displayed where you can enter your personal email address and password for your PayPal account, or access the procedure for creating a new one. After registration, you can proceed with payments via PayPal without having to re-enter your data, even for subsequent purchases. By choosing this payment method, the amount is debited directly from your PayPal account. PayPal protects buyer information. For each transaction carried out using this method, a confirmation email will be sent by PayPal. The order amount is debited from your PayPal account when the order is placed. In case of cancellation the amount will be refunded to the customer's PayPal account. Payments are accepted exclusively from users registered on the Italian PayPal site.

Bank transfer

Non-online payment system, with this method the page showing the data necessary to make the payment will be displayed. Since it is not an immediate payment method, the seller will wait until the expected amount is actually credited before starting with the shipping procedure.

Afterpay: pay up to 3 installments by credit card

If you buy with Afterpay you receive your order immediately and pay in 3 installments. You acknowledge that the installments will be transferred to Incremento SPV Srl, related parties and their transferees, and that you authorize such transfer.

2.1 Shipping conditions

Receipt of your purchases

At any time you can check the status of your orders on "My Orders" To improve our service please: Check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document. Check that the packaging is intact and not also altered in the closing tapes. If possible, unpack the product immediately and check that there is no damage. In the event of tampering and/or visible breakages you must immediately contest the shipment and/or delivery by affixing the writing "RESERVE OF CONTROL OF GOODS FOR ....." (indicate the reason) on the delivery document received from the courier. Then send us the report immediately by contacting the after-sales department of I-Home srl via Santa Cornelia, 9 Formello (Rome). The report must be received no later than 8 (eight) days from receipt of the goods according to the methods established by the courier.

2.2 Shipping times

We Point Srl, Viale Minieri, 167 Telese Terme (BN), VAT number: 01673780621 undertakes to make deliveries on the working days indicated in the advertisement throughout the national territory.

2.3 Delivery Methods

Deliveries are made facing the street (not on the floor) on working days from 08.30 to 18.00. The first delivery is made without notice. In the event of the Customer's absence, the Courier leaves a notice of passage (slip inside the mailbox or sticker on the doorbell) and attempts delivery again the following working day. In case of further absence, the Courier will report the storage of the package to customer service and the storage of the package at the courier's local warehouse or the post office that carries out the storage service. Customer service will immediately contact the Customer to define and arrange a further delivery, redelivery costs may be charged to the stock. If the delivery is not successful in this case too, the product will return to our warehouses with consequent cancellation of the order and subsequent refund according to the chosen payment method. All of the above must be considered integrated with the information on the Right of Withdrawal present on the Home Page of our site.

It is important to know that:

  • delivery takes place at street level and not on the floor
  • if the customer has purchased particularly bulky and/or heavy goods , carriers must use special vehicles whose dimensions could prevent delivery to places that are difficult for these vehicles to access .

It is the customer's responsibility and duty:

  • in case of delivery of a product with intact packaging , check the integrity of the product before signing for receipt or signing the received subject to inspection ;
  • in the case of the packaging turned out damaged , the Customer may accept or refuse the delivery by adding the wording " Visible broken neck " (it is the Customer's right to add such words and the courier cannot make any legitimate refusal).

Since the law prescribes that the risk of destruction and damage to the goods is transferred to the Customer at the time of delivery, it is the Customer's responsibility to check what has been received and inform us of the lack and/or breakage of one or more products by sending an email to commerciale@wepointsrl.com no later than 5 working days from receipt .

3. Product description and availability

The products offered comply with the Italian and European regulations currently in force.

The prices shown are inclusive of VAT.

The information on the products has been communicated to We Point srl by the manufacturers or suppliers who are directly responsible for it. The images and colors of the products may differ from reality due to the display settings of the device used by the Customer.

In any case We Point srl cannot be held responsible for any discrepancies attributable to incorrect communication by the manufacturer or supplier of which it could not have been aware with the use of normal diligence.

Warehouse stocks are not synchronized in real time , therefore it is possible that some products are available even if out of stock.

In such cases our Customer Service will contact you within 2-3 working days of receiving payment confirmation and will be at your disposal to resolve the problem. The Customer will have the right to choose whether to wait for the availability of the product or receive a full refund of the amount paid which occurs as soon as possible and in any case within a maximum of 30 days.
